Can conqueror's HUD icon tell me EXACTLY how much AD/AP i gain per stack at my current level?

Currently when you mouse over the HUD icon, it simply tells you that conqueror provides 3-15 Adaptive Force (emboldened white text for some weird reason, despite this text not being adjusted as you level up or modified in any other way over the course of a game) and this is regardless of AD or AP focus.

Being able to see how much damage i've dealt and how much the rune has healed me is fun and all, but it doesn't REALLY give me any strategical information (or have any other form of practical use) that i actually need, you know, before the game ends.
