Can you have a look at Talon, Riot?

Looking at his overall performance and pickratio on op.gg , he's placed just above , placed #49 Toplane on a very low pick ratio. Why does he have a low pick ratio? because a lot of people realized that picking a Tank and still deal the same about of damage and be almost unkillable + CC for ur ADC is a better choice.

and in midlane, he's got much weaker [well not weaker, just everyone started dealing more dmage so he lost his early advantage] due to the fact that after preseason patch , everyone started dealing more damage and got their early game damage upped, so you no longer can expect to be the king of first blood, everyone does that.

I think he deserves to get his early Q nerf reverted, or give him some compensation [[ just like you did for ]].
