I'm very happy when the the new taric rework

Taric has been my go to support champion and I don't mind supporting as bad when I play him. He is fun and brings positivity to the team. This rework really honed in on his weakness and his strength and kept him in the exact same position he was in before the rework while emphasising his strength. Great job riot.
