Grievous Wounds on Thornmail?

I honestly think it's a bad idea. We already have which is what any rational person would pick when going assassin/mage against a fed ADC, and tanks are meant to peel, not make the ADC's healing useless. What it should do is return some damage back that makes the ADC easier to kill for the assassin/mage.
