are seen in many games and feel like they are a little bit more powerful than the other choices for top mid or jungle. And we've seen the 
seen a lot of times too, people built it for the good AP it gives, mana regen, and of course buy two for the 40% cdr. Do you think these champions/items will see a nerf?
Morellomicon is going to get a cost nerf for sure.
One prospect is that it's CDR should be unique to prevent players stacking them; another prospect is that Morellomicon is too cost-efficient for its stats, especially after the mana regeneration changes making it a better mana regen choice than Athene's for mages without a large mana pool.
I would suggest that an amplifying tome is added to the recipe, and the total cost goes up from 2100g to 2500g. Athene's will get its price reduced to 2500g as well. This brings the two direct competing items more in line with each other.
