@CertainlyT, i Fixed Morde for you
WARNING: this post is both about bot mordekaiser, and about solo lane mordekaiser ** You were supposed by reworking Morde to fixe his non-interactive laning phase that consisted by Pressing E non-stop. All you did was giving him sustain, which ended up making him more unfun and "oh it was fixed guys, cause now Morde goes bot" The way Morde should work shouldn't by encouraging him to spam E more, and then sustain it back with W. Instead you should give Morde _REASONS**_ to fight, which you failed to do because you trolled with his base stats. Morde can't try to get risks if there aren't any rewards promised in the end.
soraka: 529 hp 23.4 armor
meanwhile Morde: 525 hp---->560 (darius has 580) 20 armor---->25 (darius has 29)
Second thing: The way mordekaiser should be fixed is by giving him more fighting power into his W, and less poke into his E but again YOU FAILED to do it:
- Xp Passive are you serious? this again makes mordekaiser go full "i'll poke and farm" instead of "i'll try to fight my oppenents", how the hell was your mind thinking when you gave him an xp passive?

This is how you encourage Morde by fighting, give his W a lot of damage, don't make him him sustain on minions. bonus ms is changed to a % to make it better in late game.
"but he will still spam E"
Siphon of Destruction: -throws metal from mordekaiser -the metal from mordekaiser marks his enemies slowing them by 20%(+10% for each additional champion hit) for 2 seconds and generates 15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 / 25% bonus shield for each champion hit. If mordekaiser hits the marked enemies, he will deal 35 / 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 (+ 60% AD) (+ 60% AP) magic damage.
