Client Freezing

In early game I have been crashing a lot and causing me to lose LP all the time. It always happens at around the 1-4 minute mark. I have seen a lot of posts about this in the past and still have not seen a solution. Please help. Tired of queue bans and LP loss. Getting ready to uninstall lol.
