Using Soraka's W doesn't shut off Warmog's Heart. So you know...3000 HP means ∞ ---this many heals... without ever having to land a skill shot. By level 11, with 3 items such as . I mean, they can be other items too...I'm not saying these are the most optimal or anything... But they do get you to 3000 HP at level 11 and that does mean 3% max HP regenerated per second out of combat.
