I dont think the stat gain from runes being out of your control was a good change to begin with
I WANTED the 130 hp in some matchups when I went resolve primary, now if I go
or something and the enemy picks
I have 6 wasted AD and dont have the option to instead take another 65 hp.
What if I wanted precision tree but with a safe start by having 130 hp?
I guess my point is, why was the stat gain ripped from our control entirely? What exactly did that accomplish to make the system feel better than the old system we gave up?
