Can we have more Champions with kits that interact with turrets?

Azir's the only one who can use turret ruins, and his passive tends to be a bit hit-and-miss since turrets themselves are bad. And Janna can shield turrets, but that only delays the inevitable; it doesn't really help for clutch plays most of the time.

You'd think someone like Heimerdinger would be able to build on turret ruins or provide upgrades to turrets that are still standing.
