Why the Numbers of unskilled Players isn't Declining as it should be

Because no one gives a god damn shit about the Broads and tips and help it provides to the players

NO One opens it ... except a few players who Do care about the Damn Community

if Riot Wants to really improve IT has TO make the Boards More obligatory .. rewarding ... has something to offer to the player

how many active users riot has " 100 M "

how many viewers the best steamer has ? or even views on his Youtube channel ? 300 k ? to 500 K Lol ?

and NO ONE in the F-ing Game Wants to listen to an experienced player in the CS or in Game
instead you get Called Flamer for telling your Retarded Ass team mates the right thing to do

For the LOVE of GOD Ease our Pain in the low Elo Claiming

i feel like my head is going to blow up

I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT TO FLAME AND KICK SOMEONE IN THE DAMN FACE but i can't

go ahead down vote me i don't give a damn about your 10 years olds playing this this Alistar ***t

The number of unskilled players is increasing because the number of players is increasing.

you say this like it's any different from any game... and also 100M players... yeah i am sure that many players actually speak the same language so they all can go flock towards the same video. Judging by the way you are talking here i am not surprised that no one bothers listening to you when you try to give them "advice" i would ignore you as well if not worst

The forums of any game is always the minority, literally a tiny fraction of the community.

The use of thoughts such as obligatory, mandatory, required and so on imply a desire for an absence of other people and their plans, strategies and styles of play. It's a problem that manifests for game developers when they have pre-conceived notions of a simulation and quickly discover that people exist outside of that simulation.
