Attack Speed for MF's 'Love Tap'

Miss Fortune 'really' got robbed by Lucian being the 'official Double Gun' champion, with mechanics that specifically create a 'double gun' feeling - and honestly does it well.

But Just because Lucian does it well, doesn't mean Miss Fortune can't do it well in another way, and it just isn't fair to her or MF players.

Lucian has a 'single target' focus with double-gunning and his ulti is very narrow and does not pierce. Miss Fortune has a wide Ulti with piercing but currently does not have a true double-gunner mechanic.

I think this could be fixed if Riot would allow her "love Tap" auto-attack to have additional attack-speed, so she could rapidly auto-attack back and forth between seperate targets, like she were using both guns to do it.
