Champ Select Dodge Vote

Personally, I think Riot could have a very easy way to avoid toxicity if they would put a way to call for a vote to dodge if your team has a very toxic person in champ select chat or they're holding the lobby hostage. I get so many people that get a role they don't want and instead of taking one for the team and dodging, they decide to hold the team hostage in champ select by deliberately picking a champ that does not fit the role they were given and then trolling and feeding the entire game which wastes everyone's time and also tilts people. If they could introduce a dodge vote in champ select, and the vote gets 4 yes votes, then they could push everyone in that team out of the champ select back to the lobby and make them restart queue times however they would not have to lose lp. I know this wouldn't stop all trolling, but it could at least help in a major way.

These are just my thoughts on a way to decrease toxicity. What are your thoughts?

I see people abusing the shit out of this. "Oh, it auto filled me to something I don't feel like doing. I'll just go full retard in lobbies, until I get what I want".

its not just about holding lobbies hostage, its also about people dodging unfavorable matchups and team comps which would be a problem especially in higher elo

While it's a good idea, the problem is as mentioned by everyone, we got trolls. 10/10 there will be dodge abusers.

What we have now: Crybaby Yasuo mains who didn't get their role so they either dodge or troll pick.

Dodge vote: Crybaby Riven mains who didn't get their role, they don't like the team, or just for lolz, so they start up the dodge vote. Just imagine even if Riot restricts people's dodge vote initiations to 1 until the champ select lets you into a game*, it would still be crazy. Millions of players, so millions of potential dodge votes. I am not sure what a good thing would be other than to play with a premade. Solo queue is a risk you take.

*after every game, your dodge vote resets to 1. So you have to play a game in order to get the refresh. This would stop back-to-back champ selects being dodged by the same person

Itll fix many problems but itll just add more such as people not liking their role so they lock in nami jg or some shit and make people dodge. If anything I would say the person who is the reason for the dodge gets the same punishment as a remake to try to avoid some of the abusing. (Assuming this is counted against people who dodge on their own will they still get -3lp and thats it)
