I approve of nerfing everything

Lowering the damage of everything will hopefully restore the integrity of league of legends instead of this one-shot meta.

Thank you Riot. Season 6 definitley brought more strategy to the game but it greatly reduced skill (i.e Yi and Xin dominating games). I'm glad they are nerfing devourer and I hope I can play my favorite champions again soon in ranked.

PS: Lower the death timers too please
