Is this intentional?

So recently the whole camouflage and invisibility tactic was set in to place with assassins rework (i think assassins?) - those who are invisible can not be revealed by stealth wards, etc aside from minimally being seen by a blue trace of where you're going, which is about it.

However on Ascension while playing invisible champions - if someone buys the Oracle that exists on there, it reveals stealth (invisible) champions entirely - they can attack you, etc.

Is this how it's meant to be or does it need to be changed still?
