my personal problem with unholy grail`s update

i think riot goofed up by making it a supportive item instead of a utility item for the mid lane. i know some people were asking what is better to buy or but they are both situational like for example say your up against or in this situation you would probably buy if you had mana problems. so please rito allow us to have 2 options for sustainable mana regen.
