Can we have EVelynn as the third rework thats slated for the year?

Since you guys said you have Taric and Yorick coming out this year. Plus one more champion at the very end.

Could we put Evelynn in that last spot?

She honestly has one of the most frustrating kits to play against imaginable. She's meh right now, but when playing against her, whether she does good or bad. It just feels so unfair and unfun to play against. She just comes at you with this BS stealth, obviously you can place a pinkward to see if she's coming, but she's just going to take it, and come back 30 seconds later and gank again when you don't have a pink.

Then through out the game, your just casually farming, have everything warded, and she just walks the other way around your pink, by going through lane or another bush. And pops you in a second. Its one of the most frustrating experiences to have, since she appears like 500 units away from you, giving you next to no reaction time.

I really think she could have a great kit built around stealth, but her perma stealth where she just waltz's around the map freely, is really annoying and frustrating as hell.
