The Legend: Tenacity runes doesn't work properly
If you buy Merc Treads and fully stack this rune it only gives you 44% total tenacity, instead of the expected 50%.
Fully stacked rune = 20% tenacity
Merc Treads = 30% tenacity
Rune+boots=44%?
I'm not good at math, but something's not right here, tenacity is already a bad stat overall with the overabundance of displacements and knockups, why should it's rune also be trash?
EDIT: So it turns out it stacks multiplicatively instead of additively. Every other stat in the game is added instead of multiplied, and getting "20% tenacity" and "30% tenacity" is instead multiplied. Such a trash stat.

So this on other melees can have 105% like mundo for 8 seconds.
