@Riot - Promos need to GTFO

I'm tired of this. I can have a 100% winrate for 6 games, then get to promos, lose 2 and go back to 60 LP. 5th time I've been in my Silver 2 promos, and every single time I'll get matched with an AFK / DC / Intentional Feeder / Trollpick / Etc. No, I'm not blaming my entire team for losses, but I clearly don't deserve to be where I'm at if I can get to my promos for that division 5 different times.
