I don't care if every other assassin is buffed as long as Talon is dealt with

This guy has the most ridiculously cancerous kit I have ever seen in this game besides MAYBE Quinn. The fact that starting from level 2, he can instantly kill you with one combo, shouldn't even be a possibility in League. As soon as he hits level 6, it's immediately game over for you, and your lane is now his. At any time he wants all he has to do is ult and you're dead. If you manage to catch him, all he has to do is run and E over any wall he wants and boom, he's gone. This guy needs a rework or a major nerf. It's not enough to simply reduce his W damage or anything, something needs to be fundamentally changed about his kit. He has insane damage, superfast burst where sometimes he can kill you before you can even hit the zhonyas' button, free escapes whenever he wants (no mana cost), lane sustain with his Q. If you make any sort of mistake against him he will punish it with death, yet there isn't even a reward for positioning well because he can leap on you before you can blink. Armor does nothing in this game anyway so Zhonyas is useless when he can kill you in less than 0.5 seconds where you don't even have time to press it.

Do something with him please. Reducing damage by 20-30 is fine (any nerf is appreciated) but it's definitely not enough.
