Ranked Queues

Does anyone else keep not being able to select a ban or a champion in ranked queues? Or is it just me. I'm starting to get really angry because I have lost over 30 league points to this and additionally have had to wait around 3 or 4 30 minute queues. If so please fix this error, I am so tired of losing the league points I have worked for and also having to wait just to play a game.
