Seriously the change to is the most useless buff i've ever seen. 5ms is negligible in 99.9% of cases and supports are still left with no starting cdr item. Idk whose idea this was but it's basically a slap in the face. Meanwhile ascended is still by far the most useless supp item of the three and the only person it might potentially be viable on is soraka even though she could go watchers like every other non-tank support and do just as well.
