ranked Queue up

Ok Riot, can you tell me why i must wait &%$# minutes in queue up because nobody wants to play support? Old queue up was better. Now nobody pick support and you must wait so long for game. DO SOMETHING about that. I play support often but i want to play something else and i cant get a game
