New Morde is OP, sure. Though I'd say that's mostly because of how broken Conqueror is.
But still, try Illaoi and Darius against Morde sometime. Enjoy seeing Morde trying to get out of his own death realm to escape you when you pick those champs into him.
You can kite him like literally every juggernaut in the game.
i hate him because solo he's useless but u get a team that caters to him and he can one shot everyone from melee range also he can abuse the dumb and inexperienced HARD
I can't believe people are still whining about Morde being op!!!
FFS he is not op, his kit is just easy to utilize against simple minded people, the same ones who complain about him...
His damage is gutted and made even more unreliable against smart people...same goes for his shielding (it got massively downgraded from being a unique mechanic to a generic spell, gated by CD and its damage rule).
I could have accepted living with this shitty version of Morde only if Riot kept his Q and his mixed scalings, but no they removed his Q and made him scale with ap only.
I think this is the hardest "nerf" masked as VGU a champion has received to date.
