Can we pleaseeeeeeeee increase penalties for dodging / not selecting champion?

You really shouldn't be allowed to dodge in the first place. And the amount of people who just don't lock in is ridiculous. Pretty much at least one a game. Not sure how someone can be so brainless as to not lock in a champion these days but it still happens frequently.

Even in gold queue times are generally ridiculous and the amount of dodging is crazy. Double wait time and lp loss.
