Possible Ideas for Aatrox small buffs.

Yes, I know, people hate dealing with Aatrox, this and that, but ever since the revive nerf and other changes, he's struggling quite a good bit. Instead of giving him a large buff to fix that, I figured small QoL buffs would be the better route to go, considering hes only about 1% off from 50% on U.gg. Here are my ideas (and you'll notice how very small they are when we compare them to actual buffs):

Idea 1. Base AD: 60 > 61 Idea 2. Hp per Level: 90 > 100 Idea 3. Health Regen: 3 > 5 Idea 4. Health: 580 > 590

Or one decent buff and none of these: Passive Cooldown: 24 > 22.

Again, not all of these have to be used or not even be used period. Merely Ideas.
