Idk after the cinderhulk nerfs (not too badly nerfed in my opinion...) is Shyvana smite/tp still....i dont want to say viable or not viable.......how about preferred. Lets put it like this, Shyvana jungle or Shyvana top smite/tp. What is better? :P
if the matchup favours shy she´s still very viable top, though i´d take ghost over smite anytime.
I don't think she's very viable in top lane and the seven percent difference in win rate between jungle and top reflects this (granted this data is only analyzed from plat and above, through champion.gg) but her strength right now lies in her ability to power farm the jungle and counter jungle. Her damage output is not that great and she does not provide the crowd control and presence that a lot of more viable top laners currently provide.
Jungle smite is way better, her clears are super fast and she can create a lot of havoc in the enemy jungle with very little risk given burnouts move speed.
IF she is picked in a good matchup that she can dominate(so most other melees), she's still a splitpush monster that can get a massive cs+exp lead if used well - just don't take smite and do not even think about cinderhulk. even while cinderhulk was strong, i prefered her with ghost/TP top
even in the jungle, don't go for cinderhulk, devourer gives you far more.
I see so top smite/tp not preferred anymore thanks for the tip guys! Would also like a pool of champions that are more of a better top or jungle pick than shyvana in the "current meta" if there even is a meta atm lol...
