I own every champ to date, but i mostly play ARAM, especially in preseason. It is starting to get very draining to play ARAM for one simple reason. I rarely see the game deviate from 30-40 champions out of the well over 100 champions in league.

I get that there are champions that are more fun to play in ARAM, and some that just straight out suck to get... but that doesn't mean that there shouldn't be a chance you get them. The entire point of the ARAM concept is, as its acronym stands for all RANDOM, all mid. Make the game mode truly random, it gets boring to see a xerath, lux, veigar, nid or blitzcrank in literally every game.

Im sure similar posts have been posted constantly over the year, but i don't mind adding to the pile.

It certainly does feel like that, but for me the 2 champs i see in 99% of all my aram games are Soraka and Yi

ARAM needs a perma ban on Yi, Karthus, and Fiddlesticks. And yes, I have the same issue. I almost always get one of a few champions despite owning them all but one.

Of course, that you will see mostly similar champs:

first, there are ARAM only accounts with mainly ranged mages and Jayce/Varus
second, people reroll or dodge when they get a garbage pick - let's say Tahm and similar

same way and summoners rift, 30-40 champions usually only get used out of the 100/more champs.
