Ranked Management Season 6

Hi y'all.

Recently, rito made the decision to allow a 3/4/5-premade team do ranked games, while this has worked out funny for some of my games where I played with 3-man in total (so 2 friends), it is mostly quite disturbing. Riot has asked themselves the question: 'Will teamwork and communication be destroyed, when there is a 3/4-premade team and one/two person(s) in solo-queue?' (read back the old Board message at the start of the season that spoke about the new ranked system).

Yes... atleast, that's the case for me.

For me, it has become extremely difficult to win games with a 4-premade group, for the simple reason that they mostly refuse to talk in chat and communicate. And if they do, they mostly talk in their own language (atleast, this happened to me quite some times). I have an approximately 30% win rate when i am solo and play with a 4-man premade (calculation based on the last 10 games where I played solo and had a 4-man premade).

There has to be a solution for this, because I am sure I'm not the only one with these difficulties.

PS: When I am with these premade groups, I tend not to flame (as that makes it 100 times worse), but I mostly play like a b*tch (reference to Sky Williams)
