My Shop Items are Not Applying

I've been trying to click on the items or use my hotkeys for the items (you know, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 idk how much else there is) and it's not working!!! I've literally tried searching these things up but I can't and it's making me mad!! PLEASE HELP MEEE
