Thanks Client

I go into Ranked, I'm at zero LP. Get to champ select okay, get to the lobby okay and everything goes fine. Then we get to loading screen and it just freezes. My internet is fine, my computer is performing fine and I disconnect to try and reconnect again and the client freezes. So I finally reconnect and as soon as I reconnect, the team agrees to a remake - and I don't blame them because I'd do it too..

But my god, why the fuck do I get a loss/demoted over this when it's the client that fucking froze for no reason? Everything on my end is performing fine so I have no reason to think it's anything wrong with my computer and I was told by a few others who I play with they've been having issues with the client freezing this patch. So I get dicked out of a game (which is fine I suppose) AND demoted because your client is still fucking garbage? Seems reasonable.
