I come here seeking advice.

So. I'm playing a game, and the enemy jungler decides to invade. Me being the adc and only level one can't do anything, our jungler is lived and i don't want to lose xp so i stay in lane to not fall behind. The jungler then blames me and flames me and says he isn't helping anyone at all. Fair enough, i don't need his help to win lane anyway. So about 15 minutes in, he comes to my lane, and sits for a good minute and just taxes, doesn't do anything but last hit and use smite on the big minions. At this point i'm tilted a little bit, so i spam ping him to get out of my lane. lots of team fighting happening, he isn't there he is farming jungle. i'm 10-2 on Jhin so i'm feeling good, then with 2 down we decide to make a baron call. Yi is bot side and we tell him to split push. He sits there and watches them collapse on us, and when rengar one shots me, he laughs about it saying how bad i am. I'm so tilted at this point, we just gave them a free baron, while yi sat on their blue side and watched us baron and did nothing. The yi continues to do nothing the whole game, and what could have been a 25 minute victory turns into a 57 minute loss. This yi says in all chat "I think jhin is intentionally feeding this rengar". I'm freaking out, at this point i'm tilted so hard i could care less if we lose or not. So i start flaming, then my team blames me for us losing cause i couldn't get over it. Which is fine whatever, but why does that let him off free? I don't get it... what do i do in this situation....
