Unable To Go Past Champion Select

Okay so it's not entirely correct that I can't go past champion select but I certainly can't hit the loading screen part. It just keeps saying that I disconnected and it's only recently happened after the most recent PBE patch. What's worse is my queue timer in went up dramatically to 20 minutes, probably 30 by this point, because every time I try thinking it's gone I'm wrong.

I posted this on "Gameplay" because it prevents me from doing that what so ever. Not to mention that when the disconnecting is fixed I'll havbe to deal with a 20-30 minute queue timer because I "AFK" or "DC" from games. I know this because while I am trying to reconnect on the LoL client that has the "Reconnect" button it tells me I've been put on the low priority queue.

I have no idea what to do and it's frustrating I can't play Shen or anyone. Updates of the status will be posted here.
