Riot Please Fix

I sent riot a question "Why am i losing more Lp than winning". They said that it's because i have crappy mmr, so the system will raise the amount of Lp lost and drop the amount of Lp gained. It also said win till your mmr gets better so you'll win more than losing. So i was wondering to myself how the fuck am i gonna raise my mmr if i keep getting crap teammates that can't play safe under tower and farm. Then a answer popped up in my head IT'S FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE.
