The new draft system

I dislike that you have to lock in your pick for who you are going to be playing. I understand that it encourages players to be more active in the ques, but i have had to sit for 15 minutes trying to find a game because people on my team or the enemy team kept forgetting to lock in a pick or ban. Can you please change it, at least in normal games. It would make sense to have that system be in place for ranked, but it is not that big of deal in Normal Ques.
