Kog'maw

After playing a couple games with Kog'maw where riot were intending for a hyper glass cannon champion is more glass than cannon.His early damage is relatively low even with his W up doing very small damage unlike a Miss Fortune or a Trist.He would need a very high attack speed early level to be considered a danger which he isnt because of the 55% damage to non-minions which I feel is too high for early laning phase something more of 20 or 30 early level then increasing per champion level seems to be a better option.
