@Meddler on buffing Bard

he really doesn't need anything IMO, honestly I think he's in a perfectly acceptable position as is. Bard's winrate is and will remain low because he's difficult to play correctly and his ult has the same problem ryze players do; people using it in absolutely stupid ways and losing games for their teams with it

I really don't think he needs any straight buffs, everything he's got is pretty strong at the moment. I'd rather him stay perceived as weak than become overwhelmingly strong.
