Two issues that i think are flying way under the radar.

Steraks and triforce synergy

Yep its whats keeping alot of bruisers in the game, the change prior to preseason made udyr go from trash teir to a power pick in soloq within the same patch. People keep talking about damage creep from bot mid ect yet seem to forget this screamer.

Conqueror on squishy dps fighters

Yep this rune was a kneejerk to placate toplaners because tanks were slapping around there precious bruisers, despite all the hyperbole top was pretty balanced in terms of winrates between the two classes. Now conqueror has been added very few bruisers have actually benefited from it, tanks have pretty much vanished from toplane with exception of sion thanks to successive nerfs to them. Now replaces by those bruisers who use the first thing i mentioned.

Yasuo is a notorious abuser of this rune now, a range q into his ult is almost certain deatj now. the other that will get me some flak is rageblade yi who dishes out an incredibly amount of true damage with this rune.

With mages being looked at and the possible (lets just call it that) fixes to adc damage coming up in the midseason it would be best not to forget these two things imo.
