Junglers have way too much influence in season 7 and here's why.
Clear times, jungle EXP, gold and respawn timers have all gone up in total.
To keep it simple, what this actually means in the end is that if you go for a permanent full clear pattern where you clear all camps in one go, you get the same amount of EXP and gold per minute from clearing as you did in season 6. The thing is, after you've gone for a full clear you actually have some time before the camps start spawning again.
In season 6 you had to choose between ganking or permanently clearing the jungle. For example, if you started gromp and full cleared all the way down to krugs, you could back and the gromp would have respawned by the time you were back. Now, in season 7, you can go for a full clear and if you start at blue side, once you've cleared everything, you have some time before gromp spawns again. In this time span you can gank, hold lanes and tax, get drakes or heralds etc before you start full clearing again, all for basically free.
Previously you actually had to think about if it's worth to gank or not because if you ganked, you always risked wasting time in which you could have farmed the jungle instead if your ganks didn't achieve anything. Now, you don't have to think about it anymore, you can full clear and use the time before all the camps spawn again to gank without worrying too much about potentially using EXP and gold.
I personally really don't like that. As someone who has mained jungle for the whole last season I just think that it's super unhealthy that there is so little risk and so much reward to ganking right now.
