It sure is fun that the jungler can PvE for the first 18-20 minutes and be able to have a greater power spike than the AP mid laner, But let's keep nerfing the champions who abuse the item interactions. Yeah that should do it.

I think riot forgets that there isn't anyway to dodge auto attacks..
