@Riot Kog's new ult's numbers

Don't you guys think it's a bit confusing?

Until the target hits 40% the damage is impossible to calculate, and then, for the split second the enemy reaches 40% you do 150% damage and after that you do 200% ._. I think that people will simply use it as an execute and not bother with the first part... like at all :S
