Placement in Promos

Can we NOT get people who are doing placements in our promo matches?
I'd gladly wait an extra few minutes in queue to get a good match rather than get someone who never do ranked just want to burn through their placements ASAP to get in any season end reward. Even partway through the season it's frustrating to see someone say in lobby they dont know who to ban and never play ranked while you need the win to move up or waste another 3 games to get back to the same place
