avoiding/leaving games full of bots?

hi all - sorry if this is a redundant post, looked around and couldn't find anything. i like to play 3v3, but in every game i have joined for months i am the only human. if i leave, i get temp banned... any solutions out there? either to quit without repercussions or avoid entirely? about ready to give up LoL as i really prefer the 3v3 matches and playing this bots is extremely boring. thanks.
