Practice mode new AP items and boots

would it be possible for you to make a practice mode where there's and enemy npc that just stands there like a practice dummy so you can test different builds and items to see the dmg would help making great builds and testing items out.

Hey want to ask if there will be new ap items coming out in the future. There are allot of nice new AD items and i love them but i mostly play tanky champs and most of the tanks i play are AP so the new AD items dont help that much so i would like to know if there will be new ap items coming out in the future or maybe even new tanky items or just like the Bruisers you updated will you do the same for the tanky ap champs and if you do please add Nautilus to that list hes my fav for the most part the only item i would love to have is an ap item that also has crit and another ap item that give you attack speed or just an item that gives heath and attack speed dosn't even need to have any dmg on it i just need the speed well thank you for you time. oh and what about some heath boots lol or mana boots
