@Riot, About the removal of Normal Queue

Dear Riot, I'm a long time player and have played mostly Normal Queue over the past few years. I'm not here to rage or hate on you guys, I think you do grate work in general. I'm here to ask you how to proceed in the game. I relay hate blind pick, I cant guarantee my role, bad team comps on both your team and the enemy's, cant ban op champions or counter picks, cant counter pick enemy champions. The next logical step would be to go to Flex queue. Problem there is the ranked has a over competitive environment. But more importantly, cant be played by a group of 4, witch me and my friends often are! I know no one will read this but I need to get this out there. but if someone from riot does see this please respond.
