Literally in my 6 years of playing, this is always the case. It's not even the "you reached your elo so you're losing more". No, I'm playing flex in gold/plat and won 15 out of my 20 games with mehh to decent teammates and then I get into promos for plat 1 and immediately get people who die twice before I even do my both buffs, then proceed to feed for the next 10 mins.
It's not like this is a separate occasion. It ALWAYS happens. Be it on my smurf in silver, flex in gold or diamond solo games. Always.
I don't even get joy from winning few games in a row, because I just wait for that 0/10 bot lane or whoever.
Because humans are really bad with probability. In this case, the biggest factor is probably the ease at which we see patterns. For the purposes of this discussion, let's assume a win has the same probability to happen as a loss.
Getting three wins in a row and then three losses in a row has the exact same chance of happening as win, loss, win, loss, win, loss. Both of those have the same chance of occurring as win, loss, loss, win, win, loss. Whatever pattern of wins and losses you think would represent non-streaks or whatever pattern you would expect from a fair/perfect system has the same chance of occurring as every single other pattern of wins and losses.
