@Meddler - Context on the Brand nerf (getting too strong)

While he is my favorite champion, enough people thought that he was a little too strong which I guess now I can see. So alright.

I'm not complaining about the nerf (anymore), but I'd like to know why specifically his cost has hit. I assume nerfing costs is the best way to hit combo champs without destroying them, but what do I know. Have you guys been looking at him for a while? And might we see any changes in the future?

I will, however, state my opinion on this. See, his W gives no additional effects outside of doing more damage in the target is ablaze. It doesn't knockup, slow, or anything of the like. Which is kind of interesting with Brand. He's just damage, and damage is all he has. And a skillshot combo stun. That, too.

But I can see how constant W's to the face when he goes support could possibly be a tad annoying for those involved.
