malz is now a better jungler than midlaner

with the changes to his kit and nerfs to his damage malz cant really be the 1v1 duelist anymore. before you would be afraid of malzahar the instant he hit 6 but now people dont even care. all his w really does is improve jungling alot more rather than laning. malz players still need to e,w,r ignite people. but the overall damage reduced just shows you need to either snowball really hard or have teammates around to kill your target.
