I wonder if Aatrox could be viable if during his ultimate he was immune to anti-heal..

So, for almost forever now I've been seeing posts about Aatrox being terrible. Mostly because he's so heavily countered by Executioner's Calling (a mere 800 gold), but I wonder wouldn't a simple solution to make him significantly more useful be to just give him a temporary immunity to anti-heal as his entire kit relies on his ability to heal? Even as a temporary solution..
