guinsoo rageblade

Just wondering when they will adjust Guinsoo's Rageblade. Currently they broke the game with it. I just want the old days back when you could ban 6 champions and it would be enough to keep the broken champions out. Just a snippet from the reddit post:

7 days ago It's 235% gold efficient at max stacks. Offers the highest attack speed in the game currently from an item I think, and scaling on hit magic damage. And of course it's inexpensive. I hate the item, it's really strong like release devourer where ANY auto attack based champion wants to rush this item. It's so good your hurting yourself not getting it on jax, xin, etc. Needs nerfs imo permalink 7 days ago 235% gold efficiency even without considering the aoe portion of the passive, which definitely has value since it helps you push waves
